Conditions of Service: 1) Inform Us: Inform Tx Trash It LLC before collection day if you will be adding any additional bins for pick up. 2) Bagged Trash: All trash must be bagged up in durable bags to prevent trash blowing out when we dump it or it may not be picked up. 3) Collection Time: Put your trash bins out by 7 a.m. on your designated collection day, and leave them out until at least 7 p.m. 4) Proper Placement: Place containers near your driveway at the designated collection point. Avoid placing them near mailboxes, utility boxes, or other obstacles. 5) No Overflow: Keep the lid closed and do not overfill the container. Operators will not pick up bags outside the container unless you inform us. 6) Avoid Obstructions: Do not park vehicles in front of containers on collection day. 7) Prohibited Items: We do not collect chemicals, hazardous materials, dead animals, medical waste, flammable products, paint, engine fluids, or sewage. 8) Bulk Pick-Up: Bulk pick-up requests must be made the day before and may incur additional charges for items like batteries, tires, large appliances, or items that do not fit in the trash bin.
